### Refund Policy

At **Satyam Baby Care**, we are committed to providing high-quality products for newborns and children up to 5 years old. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

#### 1. Returns
- Products can be returned within **7 days** from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain products such as personal care items, feeding products, or undergarments may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

#### 2. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take **7-10 business days** to process.
- If the product was purchased using cash on delivery (COD), we will arrange for a bank transfer after confirming your account details.

#### 3. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
- Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

#### 4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care items (e.g., diapers, wipes)
- Products marked as **Final Sale** or **Non-Returnable**
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

#### 5. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving the item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference, after inspecting the defective item.
- For damaged items, we may request photos of the product and packaging for verification.

#### 6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or a non-defective reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

#### 7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may follow the return process after receiving the item.
